Ceramic, stone, glass have endless possibilities. These materials have evolved alongside humans for thousands of years. And since they are part of our history they should be inviting to look at. The Bullnose selection has been gathered over a period of many years. We work directly with the manufacturers and the tiles are made to Bullnose specifications. A lot of the glaze colours are developed by Bullnose specifically for western Canada. All of the glazed ceramic tiles are manufactured in North America. They are produced by relatively small enterprises, with owners who care about the quality of the tiles they produce and also about the well-being of their employees and the environment. Tiles last a long time. When beautiful tiles are installed properly, you won't want to replace them. For this reason we prefer not to follow every fashion trend and let the textures, colours, shapes and sizes speak to you.

A major portion of the Bullnose selection of tiles is stocked in its Lower Mainland warehouse. This greatly reduces the cost to you for our most popular hand made glazed tiles, stone tiles and terracotta. This also has environmental considerations since a lot of them arrive at one time by container load to our warehouse. Plus, the forklift is fun to drive.

Do we ship tiles to far away places? You bet. The tiles have found homes in Prince Edward Island, Haida Gwaii, Whitehorse, and many other places in Canada we haven't been to and can only dream about. They have also traveled to a number of homes in Washington State.

Bullnose has been a member of TTMAC (terrazzo tile and marble association of Canada) for many years. This organization offers workshops to tilesetters, maintains standards in the industry and provides technical information that is otherwise challenging to obtain.
